What is a personal assistant & concierge services? It is a trusted person to d person that will provide an array of personalized services to meet your needs at home or in the community. The goal is to free up your time, reduce stress and expand your quality of life. 


What are some of the options?
Options may include completing errands, mail management, bill paying support, companionship to appointments or social activities, travel support, home safety checks, shopping, day trips, wait services and more...


What are some services for professionals?
O’Toole Services will be an excellent referral source for many busy professionals such as attorneys, financial planners, funeral directors, medical professionals and more. Often times you work with seniors, busy boomers or their family members looking for just this type of service. Now you can refer them to a trusted local company. Consider these services for yourself too! O’Toole Services is bonded and insured and is a Notary and happy to meet the client at their home or office. 


What is your service area?
Our general service area are clients from Muskegon County, but we realize our clients’ needs might take us out of the county. Individualized rates will apply. 


What if a service I need is not listed?
We expect this. Our services listed are only a starting point and based on experience and research those listed will be the most common need. This is a highly personalized service and during the consultation we will determine together what services will best meet your needs. 


How do I request a consultation?

Simply call O’Toole Services at (231) 246-1840, email at motoole@otoolecservcies.com or click the link on the website. A consultation will determine two things: 1) A further understanding or our services, pricing and availability and, 2) to create a service plan and set up a time to begin providing your personal assistant & concierge service.

Is there a minimum number of hours to need to purchase?
A minimum of two hours is recommended to provide optimal service and use our time wisely.


How do clients pay?
Currently O’Toole Services accepts checks, cash and soon a PayPal feature and credit card options will be added to the website. Payment for hourly charges are kindly expected after the completion of the service unless arrangements have been made. Monthly packages will be paid in advance of the service with a return policy in the event the services are not completed.  Funds for items purchased at the client’s request will be needed prior to purchase.

What are the costs?
O’Toole Services will have options to best meet your needs. There is an hourly rate (which include in county mileage), Monthly Packages and By the Mile options as well.


What background checks have been completed to ensure a clients safety? 
•    TSA – completed by the FBI
•    Annual - I-Chat (January 2020)
•    Muskegon County Sheriff’s Department criminal & personal reference background check (December 2019)
•    Michigan Drivers Record background check (January 2020)


Do you have gift certificates? Absolutely. What a wonderful gift – the gift of time.

Do you have a cancellation policy? A 24-hour cancellation of services is appreciated. We know that life happens and will do our best to reschedule or complete the service later and date, when applicable.
